With more than 15 years of experience in Management Consulting, she is specialized in driving organizational change through co-creation and engagement. Mona has helped global and multinational organizations deliver Organizational Transformation, Talent Strategy, Leadership Development, HR Transformation, HR Strategy, Organizational Design and Integrated Talent Solutions.
Starting her career at Accenture, Mona has helped Executives transform and adapt organizational change in a globalized- and digital world. After 10 years with Accenture she moved on to Deloitte Consulting and took the lead of their Human Capital Service, managing a team of 17 consultants across the functional areas: Transformational Change, Organizational Design, Talent and Leadership development.
By heart, Mona is an entrepreneur, innovator and anthropologist, and she established her first business venture before the age of 20.
