Karen has throughout her career worked with the development of people and organizations, being strongly curious and passionate about how humans relate, interact, learn and develop. She has a background within human capital management consulting and has held senior HR leader positions at large, international organizations.
Karen has more than 15 years HR and change management experience from working as both HR leader, program manager and management consultant and has thus developed solid experience within strategic organization design, organizational development, talent and performance management, capability and leadership development, and change management.
She is business-driven with a strong focus on designing, developing and delivering lasting, innovative solutions that makes an impact.
