Cathrine joined CORE & COMPANY in 2015, with a focus on the importance of talent, people & capabilities in building winning strategies of tomorrow and driving change in organizations.

Prior to CORE & COMPANY, Cathrine worked for two years as a Marketing Manager, advising organizations in brand building and customer engagement through promotional material and activities. Cathrine has experience with Marketing research, Change Management, and HR- & Talent Strategy. Most recently, Cathrine also contributed to the set-up of a Disruptive Unit in a top tier global service organization, primed to deliver growth through disruptive solutions. Furthermore, Cathrine contributed to the development of an international talent strategy to enable a strong pipeline of talents across geography and business units – supporting the customer’s business ambition of a stronger global presence and synergies across the group.

Educational background

Cathrine holds a Master of Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Melbourne. During her studies Cathrine was engaged in CBS Management Consulting Club, where she had an active role coordinating events and participating in business case exercises and contests.
